The Foundations Building Block Class is a weekly virtual class designed to help agents and team members build intentional systems, define clear roles, and create a structured playbook their agency can actually follow — without having to travel or take two full days away from the office. This program brings the full Foundations Seminar experience to you — one focused hour at a time, every week, from wherever you are.

This is not a drop-in webinar. This is a structured, progressive class that walks you through the same material covered in the two-day Foundations Seminar — building your agency's playbook piece by piece, week by week. You will leave each session with action items, and you are expected to come back having done the work.
